The task has been to examine the area`s potential as an urban residential area for dwellings and other programs that generate attractive urban areas for living. The focus of the project has been to define areas and typologies for dwellings that could be developed in different stages. The proposal suggests mix programs facing Frysjaveien with retail and offices on street level. Towards Akerselva, the highrise typologies opens up towards the river and the area surrounding Akerselva is seen as an urban and recreational park.
